STATEMENT OF RATIONALE FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Southwest Texas Junior College’s only Intercollegiate athletic program is the Men’s and Women’s Rodeo Team. The College President’s control over SWTJC’s intercollegiate athletics program is explicit in the President’s roles and responsibilities outlined in item # 18 of SWTJC Policy BFA (Local).
